It's official -- we're Juniper now! I feel...different...stronger...faster...maybe it's my giant Juniper coffee mug. I said I would say more when I could, but there's not a lot more to say. Proxy and Steel-Belted Radius continue much as before. I still travel to Cambridge once a week. Life goes on...

    With luck we'll be leaving our Notes-based bug tracking "system" behind in favor of TeamTrack. Almost anythign would be better than what we had, but I'm still a little worried. Any experience with TeamTrack out there?

    We've been using TeamTrack here for over 6 years. I really like it, especially the reporting tools. It's pretty customizable, though, so your mileage may vary, depending on how you have it set up.
